Maywater offers services in three main areas:

Our compliance consultancy services cover all areas and are flexible. You tell us what you need. We deliver. We can assist you in obtaining your FCA, PRA, or any foreign authorisation, develop your compliance policies and procedures, conduct a review or set up and implement a remediation plan, where required. Maybe you’re an established firm and want a fresh pair of eyes have a look into your compliance programme or provide compliance input into your growth strategy.

Our interim management covers CF10, combined CF10/CF11 and other senior compliance roles, where you need someone to cover the role for a specified period of time, for example because the new permanent job holder has not yet been found or still has to work through his or her notice period, because you are going through a re-structuring exercise, because you are new to the jurisdiction, and want to avoid a high permanent head count during the kick-off phase, or for any other reason. Our interim management service can build on both our compliance consultancy and our compliance recruitment expertise. Typically, we use our own consultants for major assignments. External candidates will be placed through our temporary work agency arrangements.

Our compliance recruitment service is different from most of our competitors, because we are experts in the subject matter of compliance. We have a very large and up-to-date candidate database and we understand exactly what these candidates have been doing in their previous or current roles, where their strengths are, and who suits your requirements as an employer.

We won’t treat you as a number, we’ll actually take the time to find out who you are and what you are looking for. We often find out about vacancies through our contacts in firms’ compliance departments, often even before the head count is officially approved or before HR are starting to get them advertised widely.
